Food: Gluten-free Chicken Nuggets
I love chicken nuggets. Not only are they just delicious, but you can also do so much with them. I'll show you some different options here! You can make them one night or afternoon and save them for the week for multiple different meals and not get bored! :)
First, we will look at how to make them.
MAKING GLUTEN-FREE CHICKEN NUGGETS
Scramble egg in a bowl.
Put Bread Crumbs in separate bowl. Below is a picture of the crumbs I used. They are gluten-free (GF), so if you want your nuggets to be GF keep an eye out on the crumbs you use.

First, we will look at how to make them.
MAKING GLUTEN-FREE CHICKEN NUGGETS
Cut Chicken breasts into bite sized pieces (can be a little bigger). I used one big one and that was enough, but go off of the size to determine how many you may need.
Scramble egg in a bowl.
Put Bread Crumbs in separate bowl. Below is a picture of the crumbs I used. They are gluten-free (GF), so if you want your nuggets to be GF keep an eye out on the crumbs you use.
Dip your chicken in the egg and then dip the egg covered chicken in the bread crumbs until there is a layer of crumbs & place on pan sheet.
Bake at 400 degrees 10-12 minutes, flip chicken and bake another 10-12 minutes until chicken is done (165 degrees).
Add sauce of your choice. You can eat them plain (I would have carrots and celery as a side).
Put into a salad. (Spring Mix greens, Red onion, & salad dressing - I like Ranch)
Make into a wrap. (Same as salad, only put everything on a spinach tortilla. Fun Fact: There are now spinach tortilla you can find at a Kroger store that are GF)
Make a sandwich. (Same as salad, put everything on a whole wheat pita bread)
